General Terms
The use of the Rain Design, Inc. Web site is conducted based on the terms and conditions stated here. Your use of this Web site constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.

For Users Over 13
By using this site, you agree that you are 13 years of age or older. Our Web site is not intended for use for persons under the age of 13.

Sales Policy
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you with the contact information you provide us.

Pricing Policy
All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices stated here do not include shipping charges, custom duties and taxes, and unpacking installation.

International Shipments

Shipments to addresses outside the United States may incur customs and brokerage fees once the shipments reaches the customer's country. All customs clearing, duties and taxes are NOT included in the shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies differ from country to country; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If the shipments are received and the customs/brokerage fees are not paid, we reserve the right to bill the customer for the fees. Customs charges through FedEx that are not paid and are reverted back to us will be charged to the customer. If the customer refuses to pay the fees and the shipment is returned to us, the customer will be billed the return shipping charges and any additional fees.

Sales Tax Policy
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes. California Sales and Use tax applies to orders shipped to a California address. For tax exemption, the buyer should present the Exemption Certificate upon order.

Return Policy
All sales are subject to our Return Policy.

Product Changes
In our continual effort towards product enhancements, we reserve the right to make any changes to the product's design, material, fabrication or production, without any prior notice.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies on Our Site

Such inaccurate information may relate directly to the price of a product, the description of a product or to its availability. Rain Design, Inc. reserves the right to correct all such mistakes at any time without notice, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

Rain Design provides a one (1) year warranty against manufacturer's defect and workmanship for its products. Should there be any defect, Rain Design, Inc. would either repair or replace the product at its sole discretion. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, wear and tear, or acts of God. Rain Design, Inc. is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages.
