The iRest is the first tablet stand designed specifically for use on the lap. It frees your hand for a comfortable viewing and typing experience away from the desk. Design Beneath the simplicity of the patent pending design, the iRest actually masks a few industrial breakthroughs. It is exceptionally light weight at only 15 oz. The ingenuity is creating a design that avoided the use of extrusion manufacturing technique and thus more than halving the aluminum thickness to only 1/16 of an inch (1.5mm).
